So i'm currently reading about ICU for tarantulas, and i want to just double check if this is still used for T's who are going into death curl are who are sick. I've heard and read that som people agree with it, and others disagree which is kinda confusing, can someone help clear this up for me?

Putting a tarantula in ICU is:
Taking it from its home and placing it in a damp, humid environment with minimal ventilation on damp paper towels.
It mostly does more harm than good, and if the t is dehydrated, you can just place its mouth area in the water dish. I have seen people do it and the t comes out alive, but most other times it doesn't work.

This is more something that is done for reptiles. It could potentially cause even more stress to the tarantula you are moving. Best bet is to up the humidity of the enclosure temporarily and make sure there is water available for it to drink. Make sure it is warm enough and perhaps move the enclosure to a dark space.
Ok, thank you for clearing this up for me lol :)
