Hi, I just wanted to say I’m so happy I heard about this forum. I’m brand new to the hobby. So new that I haven’t purchased my first tarantula yet. I’ve been watching YouTube videos a lot I mean a lot, and reading a lot online I mean a lot about beginner tarantulas and their care. I just want to be 100% confident about the enclosure setup, their care, have food and everything I need on hand before I make my first purchase. Well anyway I know I’ll learn a lot more here. Hello Rick and welcome. I was new but my collection grew. I did the same as you though. YouTube videos until I thought I understood as much as I could without actually having a Tarantula. So when I got one I felt I had done my best to know as much as I could. I love mine, my little hairy friends. They are infinitely fascinating. Kate.
