I was just feeding my G. pulchripes a superworm, and next thing I know, I hear her spazzing out. I go over to her and see that she is no longer holding it, and there is what looks like an injury on her mouth. I found the superworm with one of her fangs stabbed into it. Will she still be able to feed? Will it grow back in a molt? Will she even survive?

Nevermind the eating question, she just went back and picked it up again o_O:T:
Did she catch her fangs on your tongs at all? Ts can feed with one fang you can help her by crushing the superworms head before you give it to her so although it will still move she might find it a bit easier to deal with.. It fang should be replaced when it moults :)

My T's don't tong feed (this one used too, but not anymore), and the fang was literally impaled into the worm. I'm guessing it twisted around and ripped it off, because the head was pretty much immobile with how she grabbed it. She struggles a bit with carrying food, but she still managed to eat it. I'll probably stick to pre-killed until her next molt and hope it grows back.

It will definitely grow back. It happened to my T. Blondi (massive gangs), the following molt it was back (shorter and stumpy) and on the second molt you couldn't really tell the difference. Our 8 legged friends are amazing, I just realized one of my B. Harmorii sling had lost a leg when I inspected and laid flat its last molt. The leg wasn't missing but you could clearly see a skinny and shorter leg on it so it must have lost it at least 2 molts ago :)

My T. albo was missing a leg and now she has one even smaller than a pedipalp. She holds it up like on sometimes too. It barely reaches the ground depending on how she stands.
