My tarantula a Acanthoscurria geniculata is always in the side of box and never goes to the dirt, is normal our i have to chance the dirt

Is the dirt wet? Acanthoscurria geniculate like it dry.

Try adding a hide and keep it dry. Even with my moisture dependent spiders, there's always a side of the cage I keep drier.

A picture would be nice, how long is the spider in the enclosure, maybe she needs just more time to get used to her new home, my auratum has taken more than a week before it stoped climbing the walls and used her hide and chilled on the dirt.
