Help: Chilean Rose Hair Growth on Abdomen

Hey yall, I have a female Chilean rose hair tarantula who is about 12 years old. She molted about two or three months ago, and I have just noticed she has a small growth on her abdomen. (Pictured below). I just wanna make sure that this is not a fungal infection or something dangerous for her. She is still eating and behaving pretty regularly. Some research led me to the possibility this is possibly related to her urticating hairs, but wanted to see if anyone here had any wisdom on this.
