Hasn’t flipped over?

I’ve got a pink toe that just molted for the first time since I got it. Got up to check on it today and the it had finished molting, was back in its house, but on its back and hasn’t moved
The molt isn’t in the house so I assume it’s moved since then but why would it be on it’s back again?

How long should I wait before I start poking around in there?

Omg don't eat that spider young lady! Lol. Maybe its an old molt? Is it wet, or crunchy? Sometimes we miss molts..
