This is the same specimen,no light or flashlight only normal light hence the lower quality clearly it is now visible how dark it looks. I have my own suspicions,and it isn't Haplopelma Schmidti.

Okay look and you will see the white hair if you zoom in on that last photo,it is Haplopelma Hainanum Chinese bird spider the tarantula with the largest peptide count in its venom.
Im likening the Chinese bird spider so these old worlds pack a punch do they I see the the white hair

It is a beautiful tarantula,but not one to be disrespected. Not like the OBT at all,as full of attitude but a definite harder punch in venom.
So is the Asian earth tiger a different species to the Chinese bird spider I can't remember the Latin names I like them both but im getting a bit confused of which is which
