Haplopelma

Haplopelma continents 9 spices, but in recent years many unidentified possible Haplopelma have become available. This will be about the Lividum.

Lividum

It has a leg span of about 5 inchs. With blue legs and a light grey prosomaandopisthosoma it is an amazing looking tarantula, as adult males are bronzes or a light tan color. The lividum lives most of its live in its borrow. In captivate, they need plenty of substrate to borrow. It need high humidity about 80% as it live in tropical rain forest in Asia. Room temp is normally good for these tarantula. They are a bit fast and can be defensive, so I would not recommend for a beginner.

This was just a short informational on the H lividum, tell me how I did do you want more information or is this good. Also if there is any thing in the care that you think should be changed please let me know.

if u enjoy doing these types of posts u could take a genus say brachypelma & do a general profile on them, then add all of the diffrent types in that genus & requirements they need with pics. it would make an awsome addition to the forum. would be a work in progress but an exalent source of info for people.
maybe one of the admins would make it a sticky thread for u !!!

Yeah don't want to sounds nit pickey but when posting informational stuff proof reading is a must. Also this is just my opinion but when you start throwing down exact numbers for temps and humidities; experienced keepers roll their eyes and stop reading and new keepers drive themselves nuts trying to hit some magic number. Usually with cheap inaccurate equipment.

I am sorry to say I could not find enough to do one on the vonwirthi, I can tell you it should be close to the same as the lividum though. Again I am very sorry and I will try to get the muticus up soon.
