Hi! im not sure how to use these forums well, apologies if im in the wrong forum thread. I think I have found my Mexican Redknee T in a death curl. For some background I adopted her from someone who claimed* she was a female and was around 10-13 when i got her and i’ve owned her for about 4 years now. I was out on a small trip and made sure she had a full water dish and was fed prior to leaving. I’m not sure what could’ve caused this to happen :( - was it old age? I just feel so bad because I feel like this was my fault. I’m not sure what to do next she seems pretty motionless but I’ve just gotten home and she does typically molt around this time so I’m not sure if it is her being in an awkward position. all help is appreciated! thank you!

Hi there and welcome to the forum! Some pictures of your tarantula in her enclosure might help us to help you. If she has aged there's not much you can do to help her if it's her time to go. It's a process we all have to endure at some point in time. Usually, when you lose one I always think it's best to purchase another one. You don't really replace the one you lost but perhaps it may bring some comfort to you.
