Do slihgs eat Whole mealworm.?

I've had 2 new slings recently, the LP is far and shiny so not worried about him but my Vietnam blue will move the dead mealworm usually dragging it down and when I retrieve it they feel hollow as if the spiders eat the insides but the casing shows no sign apart from being hollow. Is this normal behaviour or should he consume it all, thanks for any advice

I would feed those guys live feeders, if MWs semi-crushed heads

I don't serve MW so I can't comment on your original question, but that's interesting... I prefer feeders with lower chitin content
