Deletions

I see that we are able to delete our own posts but not where we are able to delete threads.
I can sure understand not being able to delete our own threads if other members have replied to it.
However, out of curiosity, are we not permitted to delete threads, that we have started, as long as another member has not posted to that thread?

If you go to Thread Tools (top right of the thread) there is an option to Delete Thread.
