I have one and keep it dry, they web a bit but don't seem to hide away but be warned they are very fast escapologists.

She also lists the diet and recommended enclosure. While that's good basic info & I'm sure it'll work, I always research at least a dozen sources before getting a new tarantula no matter how good any one source may be.
