Best way to clean natural wood (cork bark)?

Any tips to clean cork bark or wood that i picked up ? Found great ones for my tarantulas and i realy want to use it

Best way in cleaning it safely and securely,just boil water full cycle in a kettle and lay the items into the boiled water.

I agree, it is the most natural way..

you can also put it in the oven for a very short period of time. at 150.
