I must be an exception. I ordered my son's GBB from backwater and had no issues. I even got an email update from them for shipping. The GBB arrived healthy and happy the next day, and has been doing very well ever since.

Thanks for making a list of vendors. I've used Ken the bug guy for our 2 other T's. Both were excellent service and shipping.
