B.Smithi molted 2 days ago and have a question

Hi.... my little B.Smithi (Andie) just molted 2 days ago and as you can see shes pretty cramped in her little bowl now. Shes almost doubled in size with this molt. So its obvious I need to move her into something a little bigger, but my question is do I need to wait a week or so before I can move her or would it be safe to gently coax her into the new bigger dish?? I dont want to do something wrong and end up hurting her...

It would be better to wait until a week after the molt before rehousing her. Molting takes a lot in them and rehousing adds more stress. After a week the exoskeleton should have hardened..
