Yeah just be very careful when handling any tarantulas, make sure you check their temperament atm because they can turn around and give you a little kiss :s

Well done!! I just got my first T last night, and so I am being a big baby about handling....this gives me a bit more confidence :)

LOL! I think Avics just like to fling poop. We had one do that, too. I've yet to be pooped on by my three Ts, but I've been pooped on by hissing roaches, lubber grasshoppers, millipedes, Maduca sexta, and probably a lot more things that I can't remember at the moment.
