I lived in Manaus - Amazonia and captured an Avicularia Avicularia, I would like to know if there would be any problems creating it there as it was captured directly from nature, and if there is any way I can travel by plane with it as I will return to my hometown.

Customs will probably seize any live animals. You need a permit to transport wildlife.

If you are travelling within the same government area, then they are the best people to ask & if it is from one country to another, then life gets more complicated, as you will need to know the export regulations from one country & the import regulations for another.
Whatever happens, you will almost certainly need some form of paperwork, as government bodies love paperwork.
