Hey guys, is there any way to estimate an age on a tarantula? I've had my G. rosea for half a year now and the pet store did not have an age for her. She's about 3 1/2 inches long and I've supplied a picture if that helps. I'm just kinda curious to know.

There's no way to accurately say we can just guess..at 3 1/2 in I'd say 4? Maybe 5?...just guessing. I have a big fat porteri beauty that's wild caught, about 5 1/2 in..fully mature, so I can't even take a guess with mine.

Unfortunately it's pretty much impossible to tell unless you hatched it yourself.

I know, I just wanted to see if anyone could try to gauge some sort of estimate.
