Ooooh...just finished sending an email for a Rosie sling and an obt sling (both .75") and possibly a 1.5 GBB. *fingers crossed that the guy will ship*

Was kind of silly for him not to ship since I'm only 2.5 hours away (I'd drive if the gas wasn't more expensive than shipping), and shipping even over night was only $20 and I said I'd cover cost. The town he's living in isn't all that large, so he's sort of limiting himself, and most of his spiders are still for sale.

The OBT is still same price, so I'm gonna check again on Boxing Day and see if they've marked it down. Checked another shop today; they had SO many awesome T's (no Avics though), but all of them were sooooo expensive. Talked to my son about it, and told him we should save all of our pennies until March when the Reptile show comes and just buy a whole bunch at once...or we could wait till Tarantula Canada starts shipping again mid Jan, and pick up a couple from there; he seems down with that plan (even if my impatient nature hates the idea of waiting) lol.

Most places down here, usually won't ship unless you purchase like 25 or 30 dollars worth of stuff, lol.. But I like the idea of buying a whole bunch at once , or just being able to browse and pick the ones you want in person. I've already got a list of Ts I'm picking up at next months reptile show near me..

I like to buy locally, so the reptile show is the way to go for me plus I get to try and sale my girlfriend on why we should have a couple of corn snakes, a nile monitor and a tank full of bearded dragons .

Its a shame such nice t owners like yourselves can't just get the ones you want when you want. I normally only go in the shop to buy food and always see at least one t I want.

I get lucky sometimes at the pet shop by my house. Got my H. Longipes from them, and ALMOST got an A. Metallica, but the kid working took it home with him.. Half tempted to get a weekend job their, for discounts and first dibs on the Ts that come in
