So the second sac is looking good. Possibly opening in the next week or so. This one actually looks a little bigger and more uniform. Otherwise, identical. As the sac ages, the surface webbing seems to either start sloughing in thin sheets/ pieces . Either it happens naturally or mom is doing it. I'm guessing mom is doing it and eating the pieces as there are no parts on the floor of the enclosure.
Seems like I've heard of this before. Mom eating webbing and reconstituting it. Can't remember the situation or species.
