Ok here it is. You can still get a good look at her even though I went one step to close instead of using the digital zoom.

Yes, they're expensive, but they make a great first OW or maybe even a great 2nd or 3rd tarantula.

The cricket seems to have vanished!! Bizarre!!



Anyway, basically she had full adult coloration so far as I can tell, one difference from M balfouri.

It's a Jamie's terrestrial enclosure, which comes as a kit with corkbark and everything. I prefer soda caps to her mini water bowls because they are deeper.

Most of the tunnel and actual arrangement was done by the spider itself, looks nothing like how I did it but not a total mess either.
