I got her as a rescue and the shop said something about it being a poeci. but I think avi. avi. any help?

Yep, Avicularia avicularia, or Avicularia metallica... or something like this (Avicularia genus is a mess!)

agreed with the rest. A better view of the abdomen might help, narrow it down.

Legs underneath are iridescent at the tips. She has just moved into her new hide so I dont want to mess with her as she was not so well taken care of prior to me getting her. also red around the fang area

I think A. metallica because there doesn't appear to be any red hairs on the abdomen but then again I can't see the whole thing. But I wouldn't disturb it either. There will be plenty of time for pictures when she's comfortable.
