It is a little hard to say from the picture. How big is the T?
I am not ruling out a female as there could be a flap there, did you try to lift it up with a pin?
As an example, here is the spermatheca of a mature B. emilia if it helps.
From that photo it looks like there is a bursa copulatrix (outlined in yellow) and the spermathecae and uterus externus (outlined in red) are folded back into the upper alcove.

The T is about three inches DSL raised from a one cm sling and its two and a half years old now.
I tried to lift the flap with a cocktail stick but to no avail, although a cocktail stick may be a little thick I should of used a pin in hindsight!
