Weird bugs on cork bark - springtails maybe?

Tiny black dots, bigger ones that are thin and a bit elongated around 1mm with wings, and the ones that look like springtails.

Everything is black nothing cream colored

I’m pretty sure some termites that have wings are black. Do they have wings? I really don’t think you have termites though.

Some have wings but only a couple and it's the larger ones. So do booklice though. The only type of termites that live where I'm located are subterranean, so either they are termites that came with the cork bark or they aren't termites.

Yes, booklice do too and are usually smaller than termites.

I was thinking of just leaving them, I just wish there was some definitive way of knowing.
