Waking weird

I have a 23 yr old female red hair. We went to clean her cage and found her skin under her hiding spot. I don't know when the molt actually occured, but she is walking weird. Her legs are really close to her body and it's like she is drunk. I have never seen her do that even after she has molted. Does anyone have any ideas on why this is occuring? Is she getting ready to die? Is she dehydrated from her molt ( again, I have never seen her do this in the 23 years I have had her)? Any advice would be appreciated.

Could you please post a pic or short video showing the movement that concerns you? Also, I'm not sure what species a red hair is (so many species fit the description of having red hair) so if you know the scientific name, could you also please include that?

The staple of tarantula First Aid is to give water immediately to avoid dehydration. As she is probably still soft following the moult, it's not a good idea to move her so the best thing you can do right now is to put a shallow waterdish right in front of her, so she can easily drink.

The weird movement could even be down to just post-moult behaviour. They do all sorts of strange things following moults as they get used to their new skin.

Like in my profile picture? Low to the ground or is she sitting up high on her "toes" when walking? Would´nt worry to much about her dying as long she isnt doing a deathcurl. 23 is pretty old but if she has survived the molt I would say that old lady has still enough strength to not just simply die now, especially when she is walking around, even when it looks a bit weird.
If her movement is shaky could be off old age but when she walks like she is drunk but is sitting still when not moving than just give her some time to harden up fully than it should look normal again, but like Jess said could just be weird post molt behavior and some pic´s will be a great help without it´s just guesses =)
