Everything is alright here--wind isn't too bad but we've got a good 2 and a half, maybe three feet of snow.

Good. If you have heat and light you can cope. I can't remember the last time we had that much snow

lol. yeah it sucks around here right now. we got like 3 and a half feet of snow and it is windy as hell, so it is almost up to my neck in spots and i am 6 foot 5. most i have ever seen in my lifetime around here. Thanks for the concern @Enn49!

That's more than we got. The 3 weeks over the holidays we got just under 4 ft. Still 3 ft or so on my roof and the garage roof. The snow banks in the back lot behind my townhouse row are taller than i am (6'4"). Most snow we've had here since 2005 or so.

This week we're supposed to have seasonal high temps (which is i why i did the spider order, use the weather while you can :D) so it's going to be a mess with the melt for a while.

The big joke is that if we get 6" of snow the UK comes to a standstill so how you guys cope with 3-4' amazes me

At least we're not in Canada [emoji14] I have heard some horror stories when it comes to Canadian winters.

I live in Canada lmao.. I live in Winnipeg which everyone who lives here actually refers to it as "Winterpeg" we have got snow so deep some years it could barricade you inside, and -40C is about average for the cold.. Love it here...o_O

BUT, good news is this year has been pretty good, I will not complain it could be ALOT worse.

You should try our very humid 44C here in the tropics. ;)
