Thought I'd give a bit of an update about my newly caught jumping spider!
So he (unconfirmed gender) has officially been named Tiny Tim for I have never seen a jumping spider as young as he is.
So I know you guys were against the idea of a 10 gallon tank for a small jumping spider but I'm pleased to say so far it's been going great!
I opted to put him in it because he's from my house so I'm not inclined to go spend money on a smaller tank when I have a bigger one already. Plus he was hunting in a huge home so that's my argument I suppose.
Anyways I've got two exo terra plants that he enjoys, especially the broader leaf one. He likes go hang out alot on the leaves of that one.
He has a half full water dish (old cap lid) and 2 sticks, a fish decor, a hide, 2 rocks, and a tad bit of soil.
I also put in a tall 36 oz jar in there for him to hunt in. I just put a live cricket in there and he eats it when he wants to. That way he has the whole tank and the cricket can't bite him if he isn't hungry that second.
He officially just ate in the tank, and unfortunately I didn't see the take down. So I'll take it he's not super stressed or anything as I just put him in the tank last night. So it's been less the 24 hours.
Heres a couple of pictures of his setup and himself. I'm assuming he is indeed a jumping spider as we have tons of them around the house, but feel free to confirm that.
This link will bring you to my Instagram with the photos. I'm going to try to upload them but if it doesn't work try the link.

The first photo is when I first found him, and the other one where he has a cricket is present. I'm pretty sure he's grown and looks healthy with just one meal.
