That would be up to you. Sexing spiders ventrally can be tricky and mistakes can be made. I'm not even totally sure myself. If Casey confirms it to be a male I might ask for a discount on another purchase or a female at a male price possibly.
I agree, sexing them is tricky, especially if they haven't molted for you yet. The breeder said he confirmed by molt so that's why I was feeling tricked since I bought a DOA tailless whip from him too but he reembursed me for it. I'm wary of scammers since I know they are everywhere in the trade.

That's 100% a male T. stirmi. The dark triangular patch is the epiandrous fusillae.
