How long do i need to wait to get a good and correct hygrometer measurement?
My hygrometer is the plastic round one.I took out his water dish is that ok?How hes going to drink if he dont have a water dish?Hes a juvenile.

well t's usually get there moisture from their prey water dish is used more for the humidity

I say a couple of time every day and just keep a check on your hydrometer to make sure the humidity doesn't get to high

those plastic hygrometer are not very good, let the substrate dry out & just keep the water dish full

what is to cold and how long can they survive coldness? this is regarding a nhandu coloratovillosa. im a bit worried, shes been cold for maybe a week or two due to miscalculations. at dips under 70. im warming her up gently now with a heating light. i cant see her, shes below the substrate in the burrow, and shes always been a tough little one so i dont want to get my fingers bit. She should be ok right? ill guess i look soon

try to keep her between 70/80, far as i no Ts can handle cooler temps to a degree
