Do believe that is a Tarantula being a Tarantula. Expect more....Poo, bollus, and in my world the worst!!! The Water Dish Tipper!!! Lol!! Has been officially named now!! Happy Spoodering!!

Some of my T's have 2 or 3 water bowls in them, as I use jar tops & can easily replace buried water bowls. Substrate filled water bowls is another common behaviour.

I have heard that in the wild, accessible water means more predators. Thus, I do not want it too close to me. Which would make sense. In most environments, water sources draw in a diverse group of wildlife.

Some spiders do this all the time. When you remove it, they will replace it.
