Hi, plants need to be organic & simple green (leaf) plant are probably best. Don't forget your plant will sunlight, or some growing lights. I used some cheap Red/Blue LED lights off Amazon & I only used them for a few hour a day, so I did not distract my Blondi too much.

Hello all! I was looking at getting a blondy. I would like to give her the best life i could, what is the ideal set up for one. Recommended plants and enclosure size.
I’m going for my first plant set up in my Blondi tank. I have a spider plant that throws babies all the time so am going to start with those. I also go beach combing in the summer and grab cool driftwood, (bake at 200 for a few hours as well as scrub it down) and have a bunch of pear branches from a tree my neighbor butchered. Hoping that will get me started.
