I just take the cap off and hold it over the new enclosure while everything is on the floor so no falls or in a tub so less escapes. Plastic tweezers to gently remove substrate and paint brush to gently encourage.  I have mine in I guess what they call deli cups of different sizes but i melted ventilation holes. Some of mine don’t like live prey so I feed them cricket drum sticks. I have tiny water bowls which are either tattoo ink cups or the bottom of covid tubes. Happy keeping.</p></blockquote><p></p>
