I don't wish death on anyone....but a bite may teach them a lesson.
A bite from a T in a stolen package would certainly be more of a detriment to us in the hobby than to the person it bit. We dont need any negative press that could end up with more restrictions on our hobby Sorry you lost the T's Casey.

Yeah, I suppose I didn't think of the adverse effects..... I'm pissed off with how the press is treating this situation, as is. A bite from a T would make it worse.....

That's exactly who. The initial anchor came and told me (when I asked) that they receive all police reports (supposedly those that are available to public are forwarded to them). Then they went from there......
That is unfortunately how it works. The public has a right to know things that occur in their community apparently, and uncommon news stories is what all journalists live for (I studied journalism a bit so I know a little).

I hope everything works out for you.

I wondered that myself when I read the article. But what concerns me even more, since I live near you on Story, is if it was stolen do we all need to be concerned about packages.

It's always been like that here (not sure where Story is?). I had my wallet stolen out of my vehicle TWICE last year. How they got in I will never know because my doors are ALWAYS locked. One time, UPS delivered one of my packages to the neighbor. Thankfully, she was honest enough to bring it to me. My car was tagged with spray paint when I first moved here years ago. Some crackheads were snooping around in my yard one night (i caught em around midnight looking out my bedroom window- seen their shadows on my lawn- ran to the door with my gun and told em to get the f* off my lawn). They hauled ass up the road. I couldn't see them but heard their feet hit the asphalt. They dropped their crack pipe on my lawn near my porch (found it the next morning). This isn't the best neighborhood. It was much worse years ago....even before I moved in. There has been murders around here....attempted murders, etc.... just a bad neighborhood. I guess that's everywhere, though.....

You should invest in a shiny rescue rottweiler or a pit. They would make fine deterrents.

Omg Casey. That is scary. Sounds like there's a lot of crime in your area. Stay alert, we don't want anything bad to happen to you! The thought of lowlifes looking through your bedroom window at night when you've got a little son send shivers down my neck. @PanzoN88 has a good idea - get a guard dog!

I had something similar happen to me, luckily before I had my child. We saw a burglar trying our front door (and all the doors up the street) to see if it was unlocked. My partner grabbed a golfclub and chased him up the road lol

I want a pitbull or two. Best breed I've ever owned. Smartest breed I've ever owned. As long as you establish that you're the alpha, you're good to go. A lot of people don't understand that about the breed. I love them. They tear that ass up first so I can ask questions later...... hehehehehe

Lol

I have 1 and a half (lol). Super smart. And great security dogs. We also have a fence and camera and guns. It also doesnt hurt for the neighbors to think you're a little crazy.

Most people don’t understand that pertains to almost all dogs. Not as big of a deal with a maltipoo, but there is a reason you see so many poorly behaved dogs. Their owners don’t know how to assert their power and properly train them.

The article says Spartanburg county. Another article I read said Judd St. Is that wrong?

You wouldn't need to be concerned with packages being taken off your porch because High Point, NC is a LONG way from me.
