Hello, im a bad person. I accidentally sprayed my LP with soapy water. I mean I washed the spray bottle with dish soap, but while i was spraying in the enclosure i noticed that there was soap bubbles "very little" but i am still afraid of what might happen to my LP on her next moot. This is the first time it happened and i am ashamed. Please if anyone had a similar incident please let me know my best option.

If the concentration is as low as you are describing there should be no problems. If you are concerned about it you could mist your Lp with fresh clean water to rinse away any soap residue that may be there.

Thank you for your time. Yes the amount of bubbles was small, its just that the bottle obviously still had very little soap in it. And i just left the tarantula, i read somewhere that directly spraying a T can be very mean so what i did was put her on a temporary cage, i put wet paper towel hoping the moist would do the rest, she is now back to her cage and everything is the same, i gave her a meal. Just cross fingers that her next molt is smooth. il take a picture of my fat LP :)

Beautiful girl. I really don't think she will have molt issues from this. My only concern would have been from ingestion when she preens. But such a small dilution should pose no problems. They experience, and survive far worse in the wild.
