I am always telling him there is no point of a fear of spiders.
Yeah, but i will say i used to be afraid of spiders when i was younger, it is a deep seeded mental thing. But the more i read and learn, and raising a few, i see them in a completley different light. Never thought i would see a personality in something like a spider, but all of mine act alot different....its weird.

I totally understand this.. I had the biggest fear of spiders and I actually have a friend who had some tarantulas.. scared me to death. Then I had worked a fair around me that had an "exotic petting zoo" and they had a tarantula. I went up and visited it everyday and held it on a dare. I loved it so much. I went home and did all the research and put together a three ring binder with information on them and how to care for them. My mom decided to let me have one.. and here I am three years later with lots of ts to love.

Also.. that is amazing that it lived in there for so long without the regalis noticing and eating it. So lucky! Glad you were able to find her!
