My c versicolor sling refuses meals and stays at the bottom of the enclosure in one place most of the time any advice?

How long has it been in there? That looks brand new. Some won’t eat or move while stressed. Can take a week or two before they feel confident enough to setup shop.

I've had it for just a little over a week

You could try to prekill small cricket for it. It may scavenge.
