Lucky enough I have a dedicated room and just use a oil filled space heater. The mat can be used just not under the enclosure and never heat lights if you are unaware of this. If you go with a mat I would go with a seed heater mat. They come with thermostats and are usually cheaper than Exo and the other big pet store branded mats. I used to use one with my Dubia roach colony. Thought they would need the extra temp to breed but no. They'll bred at 73 F just fine. Mine did! Happy Spoodering!</p></blockquote><p></p>
