Safe temperature range for spiderlings?

I think room temperature ~21degrees C (69.8 F) seems recommended as fine across all tarantulas? However I wanted to check that this also applies to spiderlings? I know they won't grow as fast at that temp but is it healthy for them?

Even when using oil filled radiators in winter to get the room up to 21degrees in the day, I still let the temp. drop in the nighttime as it would in the wild. I wondered what is a safe drop for spiderlings though? Like, what temp. should I make sure it does not go under?

Thanks!

Look into maybe building a micro climate, a heated cabinet or room, that you can maintain at 21-24°C for your slings

The more slings you have the easier it is to make the effort and commitment

Thanks, will look into it. Would you say that 21 degrees C is the lowest the spiderlings should be kept at then, even in the nighttime?

We have tarantulas in the wild where I live—Southern CA canyons—and it dips into the lower 40’s sometimes during the winter. Its obviously not ideal, but it shows they’re not nearly as sensitive to a cold drop as we are to worrying about it.

Even if you had a temperature gradient that dipped below 21° C on occasion, that would probably be fine. As mentioned above conditions in nature are rarely ideal all the time. We do what we can as hobbyists to make our keeping simple and consistent, and inclined towards the optimization of the kept.
