I have just got my hands on a juvenile female brachypelma baumgarteni, which from the sound of things, is quite a rare spider to have, unless things have changed from the posts and articles ive read. Anyway i thought it might be interesting to see what other people have in terms of rare or sought after?

Well, I have two MF Acanthoscrria natalensis (used to be fracta) on their way next month. Then again, I don't have them yet.

The chicken spider, for me. As far as I know they aren't in the states yet. And when they are I'm sure they'll be too expensive for me, for a few years. Definitely MY most sought after T, with the B klassi coming in second, but I'm about to remedy that.

I just missed a batch of them in the UK the slings are the first bred of wc in the UK unless I can get one at the BTS in may from a European breeder I reckon it will be years before there avaliable they were going for £80 a sling what's that 100 dollar's

They won't cost under $300 when they get here, most likely $500..prices here suck. I wont pay 300 for any sling. As an example, B klassi slings are $80 here..adult females are $400- $500. Highway robbery..

Aphonopelma moderatum is my most sort after T, can`t find this T anywhere.
That might be the desert southwest's most attractive Aphonopelma. Here in the US, they were common enough several years ago. Now, they're not. Don't know why.

I wish you were over here. I live close (about 60 miles) from s ome prime locations for finding them. In the spring, I'm going to find some and get them circulating over here...if it's any consolation though, ya'll have a plethora of species that we consider "rare" ;)

I'm DYING to get my hands on a Grammastola rosea. Heard they are impossible to get and cost a fortune.

Phormictopus sp Purple is my most sought after now. Then the B. Baumgarteni and the B. Klassi.

I just got 2 of the A. seemanni BCF, first time i've seen them so i guess that's my rare(ish?) one.
