Hey guys
I went to a local petshop today and saw a OBT sling for R1500!!!!!! Which is about $110 dollars.
At first I was so shocked...but then again I don't really know the prices of exotic T's like the OBT.
So I was wondering....
What is the most expensive T out there?

$110 dollars? Jesus...in the states, OBTs are $10 dollars...of course different spiders are rare in different countries.. I guess maybe the X immanis is pretty pricey for an adult female. I've never seen a spider over $500 here. Maybe that new ripoff, the psychidelicus would be more..I never see them for sale though.

They have 1/2" slings at stamps for 375$, not bad looking t's but for the price I think there are much better looking ones out there but then again that's all in the eye and wallet of the beholder: )

I had a guy from Sweden warn me away from them, he said they look completely different as mature adults. I think there's better looking spiders anyway, and I wouldn't pay that kind of money for an unsexed sling of any species. To each their own though ;)

It's very common for slings to burrow, she probably pushed the molt out and sealed it back up. They have a trick where they web and put dirt over it, its called dirt curtains:) Don't be alarmed, she'll come out or open the burrow when she's hungry.

Hallo Heaven. Post another tread in General tarantula discussion so more people can see it and reply! But I'm sure he will be somewhere in his enclosure. Leave him for about a week and if he hasn't surfaced you can dig around a bit....very carefully offcorse! Hope it helps!

Baby curlies do spend most of their time underground until they reach around 1"-1.5" dls then they start to appear more and more above ground. I loved watching mine scuttle around down below. And yes it will have pushed its moult out.

While I'm certainly not telling you what to do, I'd advise creating your own thread in the future rather than posting in someone else's that has nothing to do with the question you are asking. It's just considered forum etiquette : )
