I’m planning on rehousing my G. Rosea(AF) and my B. Smithi(AF), i’m not sure what mixture of substrate or substrate in general would work best for them/resemble their places of origin. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks

I like them, using some golden ivy in my B. Albo.’s enclosure. Looks cleaner then decorations in my opinion.
Oh hell ya, I'm sure it does..its only an issue if you have multiple spiders, and want live plants in each enclosure. Not that I've tried it..but I did look into it. I love the idea myself.

I use to have live plants...its a pain in the arse. As soon as they get established and everything is going good you wake up to your T pulling it out of the ground. I only use fake plants now. They look just as good and easy to wash off the spider crap...real plants you cant clean them at all without damaging it. Plus the two mentioned species you said will hate the additional humidity.
