You must inform me of any issues within 2 hours of delivery/pickup. You must be present to receive package on day of delivery. Sometimes, during 2-3 day delivery, the package will arrive a day early so please continue to monitor tracking information. I will not be held responsible for any packages that arrive early or packages that are delayed. A cool pack will be provided if needed at no extra cost.
