I know that most Ts you cant know the gender just by looking at the spider unless it is full adult but since poecilotheria females have patterns that males do not have at what size it can start to become obvious what their gender is? I heard some poecilotheria species knowing gender is still hard without any molt

My guess is at or near maturity. I have heard that determining sex by pattern in Poecilatheria isn’t always accurate. If I recall, not sure if this is still a thing, but apparently there is (or used to be) a unique method for ventral sexing poecilatheria species.
