please help my tarantula is dying or is not well

please can you help my red knee tarantula charlotte was seen with some of her legs underneath her whilst almost falling to one side. she then stopped moving for around 5 minutes with all legs under. we got a bigger shallow water bowl and placed her in it which made her have slight movement. after around 10 minutes she started moving slightly more but now the back four legs are normal but the remaining legs are still curled under, she is still in the water bowl but now she keeps raising her bum right up in the air and then lowers it

what is she doing?

More than likely she isnt lifting her rear but lowering her mouth to drink.
