Pink Toe general question

I have a Pink Toe that was near death (curled up on the bottom of the enclosure) and someone on this forum helped me 'nurse' her back to health. I live in Colorado and it's super dry. I think she was just dehydrated and a drop of water right into her mouth a couple of times brought her back from literally the brink of death to which I'm very grateful.
She molted and then ate and was normal. I started spraying the enclosure to keep it more humid, and she'd come out and drink and walk around -- eat, etc.. All seemed normal. Then she stopped eating completely, which I understood could mean pre-molt. I'd try once a week or so to feed her something, but she was disinterested. (long story short -- she molted today).

I then went on to read that now people recommend a water dish in the enclosure and bone dry as misting can actually be bad.

My question is -- since it's so dry here, can I continue to mist the enclosure as he/she has seemed to thrive in that? I want to do what's right and she definitely almost died from dehydration before. My guess is I just keep misting but don't overdo it as it seems to be working and she'll literally go all around the enclosure 'drinking' after I mist.

Am I ok to go with that assumption? Thanks all, and she looks great after her 2nd molt. Maybe I can upload a pic later.
