Mr T sealed up the entrance to his burrow about 4 weeks ago and hasn't been seen since.
I assume he's in premolt, so I haven't been bothering him.

He was about 7cms when he disappeared, are p.auratus known for long premolts? How long do I leave it before checking up on him?

I have an adult female and yes, she has long premolts (often 3-4 months). I wouldn't be concerned unless she looks dehydrated with a shrunken abdomen.
