My P. Pulcher molted early yesterday morning, and I discovered a collection of dried poop on their butt and stuck to their spinnerets. I am assuming this is an impaction. I've never held this T. , And they are still small, so I don't feel comfortable trying to pinch grab to soak in water.
I am planning to try to trap them under mesh so they hopefully can't move much, and soaking the butt with a water dropper, cleaning, then trying theQ-tip method if needed....
The only thing is, I don't want to accidentally damage my T while they are still soft from their molt. Should I be trying to get this off tonight, or wait until they are hardened up in a couple days, to prevent any accidental injury from the process??
