One of my Ts is constantly hiding, She's an ornamental of some kind, (when I got her I was told she was a P. Striata, but I don't know about that, so if anyone can help with the ID that would be great as well) she never comes out of her half log(it's glued to the side), and she's webbed herself in. She has come out and shed, and is eating. If this is normal for them then that's fine, as long as she's comfortable, but if it's something wrong with her set up then I would like to fix it.
The pictures of her are from when I first got her, about 6 months ago, haven't been able to get a picture of her since.

That's good, I knew they weren't the most active Ts, not like my b. smithi, but I hadn't seen her out in like 4 months.
This is the best picture I have, I can take on of a molt if that would help as well, she does have the bright yellow legs.

P. Striata it is!
Her set up is good, as long you can maintain the humidity and temp she needs... Poecs will spend majority of their time in hiding, which is kinda for the better, seeing as too much interaction with these beauties tends to get you bit, and in some serious pain.
I would spray her tank down(about half the tank, really good). Other than that, the behavior is pretty normal for a P. Striata, as long as she is eating, she is fine :).
the few Poecs. that i have kept, i rarely seen, so i wouldnt be to worried about that.
Any other questions ill try and help the best i can.

Thanks, I spray her tank everyday, I took this picture at night so it was dry, I will spray more often if that is better. I would certainly never handle her, the only reason I handle my smithi is because I've had him from a sling, and they are pretty tolerant anyway. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong! The room is usually about 80, because its my reptile room, that's fine for them right?

80 is fine, and it looks like your doing just fine with your tarantulas :).
