From the tiny slings in their little microcentrifuge vials to the big ones in large deli cups. Anything loose in there is just turning your container into a maraca.What has held the containers in place has varied, but the container is always held secure with something. I've never had a heat pack, but I've never ordered anything in cold weather. Some places won't even ship under a certain temperature threshold.</blockquote>
