She just had a molt recently, didn't she?

It always makes me smile when i see a T do that post-molting pose

Yeah, when i looked i kinda of freaked out, but i counted them all and i was like " oh 8 legs ok"

I think they do that to maximize the elasticity of their new exoskeletons as well as improve body fluid circulation

I had a Cyclosternum fasciatum sling have a bad molt about two weeks ago and loose 4 legs :-( Two on each side - the front legs. She is doing well - so amazing how they adapt. Hoping she will molt again soon so that her legs can grow back.

ou 4 legs :s i had never had that problem before, what i usually do when i think they are about to molt is add some moisture in their enclosure maybe fill up their water bowl and spray the tank a little.... missng 4 of its limbs is a very bad molt I'm sorry to say.
